Vital People: Music Makers and Stigma Shakers

One of the most powerful ways to combat the stigma around mental illness is simply to talk about it. Now some very talented musicians, including Vince Vaccaro, Zerbin and Sam Weber are taking to the stage in downtown Victoria, performing a benefit concert Music Makers and Stigma Shakers.
